About Angler's Catalog Company

Angler's has been in business since 1976. As we grow, we like to grow with our customers. If there is a cool product that you feel would go well in our catalog, please let us know. Without input from our loyal customers, this business wouldn't be as fun as it is.

At Angler's we are proud of what we sell and stand behind everything. If you are not satisfied with any Angler's purchase, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund.

International Catalogs

We are happy to send catalogs out of the United States. It is an $8 charge. This is payable in US funds using VISA/MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please include your Credit Card number and expiration date.

Product Shipments

Most in-stock items are shipped in one to two business days. However an occasional supplier ships late or their product is returned because it does not meet our strict quality control standards, thus causing a back-order situation. Naturally, back-orders will not be charged until the product is ready to go. We will let you know if the product is back-ordered and when you can expect it to ship.

Also, due to the unique nature of the items in our catalog, many are made to order and sent directly to you from the artisan. They will require extra time to be produced. Expect 3 to 5 weeks for delivery of these items. Because these are made just for you, we charge your credit card at the time we commission the artist to begin work on your order.

Easy Return/Exchange Policy

If any item does not meet your expectations, it can be easily replaced, exchanged, or your money cheerfully refunded in the form it was tendered. Simply return it within 30 days in its original unused condition for exchange or refund. No returns on opened software, videos, books special orders or personalized items. Returns received after 30 days will receive an Angler's credit certificate. Returns received after 90 days will receive a credit certificate less a 15% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges permitted. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Mistakes Occur: We do our utmost to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause.
